Responsible for developing account plans for allocated wholesale partners, and building relationships both externally and internally with key stakeholders. Building and converting a large pipeline of business. Needing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, whilst driving continuous process improvement. As an expert on all wholesale funding structures, the role involves working closely with their legal & risk on mainly key larger value deals (£250k-300k - occasionally more). Good legal/bespoke documentation experience and risk knowledge is therefore essential. Must have exceptional relationship, problem solving and analytical skills. The right person will ideally be based in the South.
Internal Sales Executive - Hard Assets, Home Counties

Managing multiple vendor/dealer/broker-introduced business, as well as supporting external account managers within their “Hard Assets” divisions. The candidate will also be responsible for the deal from quotation through to the signed documentation/activation. Seeking a proven track-record in a similar targeted office based role. Must have exceptional relationship skills and a strong ability and desire to be constantly challenged. Applicants will ideally be living somewhere around North London/Herts/Bucks.
Internal Sales Team Leader, Home Counties

A newly created opportunity, for this major lessor. Leading an internal sales team of four, specialising in the high volume sector of Food & Agriculture. A very hands-on front line position, pivotal in optimising the teams’ service to their partners and customers, whilst ensuring a proactive approach in regularly speaking to brokers/dealers/vendor partners; identifying new business opportunities. Managing day-to-day performance and workflow, from quotation, credit applications and through to documentation, sign-off and return. The team will also work closely with their field-based sales force, to guarantee a joined-up approach in servicing clients. The right candidate will offer proven team leadership skills, and experience in taking the ownership of the development and performance of a team. Completing appraisals, providing/arranging required training, monitoring team service levels and generally manage resources. Involvement with marketing, trade shows/exhibitions etc. Agri sector knowledge would be a benefit, but not essential.

Seeking a highly motivated Internal Account Executive who will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities for both their existing and new accounts. A targeted role, creating business opportunities via a mix of telephone/email and face to face meetings. Focusing on “Vendors” within IT/Office Equipment sector. Involves liaising with external Account Managers, whilst achieving targets using sales development programmes and initiatives. Needs a hands-on approach, quality delivery, and the building and development of strong relationships with all key customers. The ability to extract and report on key customer data in order to review and agree action plans for specific “focus” accounts. Essential that applicants are strong communicators and enjoy working under time pressure.

Maximising their UK new business volumes and profitability. Be able to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close deals. Together with Relationship Managers undertake personal visits to clients when required. Requiring a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar or else very proactive sales-support role. Industrial equipment, will include manufacturing & engineering; such as metal machine working tools, plastics, automation, robotics, production lines etc. Even split across all key channels: broker, vendor/dealer and direct business. This is a home based position, reporting directly into their UK Sales Manager - Industrial Equipment. A nationwide territory, but most clients/customers are predominantly in the South, so someone living close to their Southern based offices would be ideal. Average deals £150k-£200k although transactions can vary from as low as £50k to £several millions. Responsible for the achievement of new business volumes at targeted return levels, through the development of strong relationships. Implementation of effective plans for new business acquisition. Ability to structure and present credit submissions by working closely with areas such as Asset Management, Risk, Commercial, Financial Planning and Analysis etc. So, essential to be able to communicate complex and technical issues clearly and succinctly.
