Internal Sales Executive, Surrey

Our client is a well-established independent leasing company, seeking to hire a confident internal salesperson to join a successful Sales Team. Responsible for handling all Professions Business, dealing mainly with vets, dentists & some other complimentary professions such as chiropodists/chiropractors/physiotherapists. A varied and interesting role managing new business quotes requests through to customer and dealer account relationships, prospecting for new business and also attending various Professions exhibitions over the course of the year. Need strong sales ethic, whilst essential that all approaches are handled in a professional manner. The position includes the setting-up call plans for agreed dealers, and to report on market information and activity, regularly reviewing new business opportunities. Contacting ‘end of lease’ customers to canvass for replacement business. Managing proposals to ensure maximum conversion into business pay-outs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working under their own initiative. May suit someone in a sales-support role, with the right salesy personality, looking for their next career move into sales.


Internal Account Manager - Hard Assets, South West London

A major bank-owned European lessor, seeing considerable success and the need to recruit an account manager/senior sales support person. To work alongside other experienced internal account managers, and closely support 3 field-based Relationship Managers. Creating, building and maintaining excellent relationships across their mix of vendor, dealer and broker partners. Deliver top support to help maximise UK volumes and profitability. This office based role will have continual contact with both internal and external customers, with the ability to build relationships and prioritise work being key to their success. Reporting into an experienced Team Leader - focus on their important Agri dealer/broker business.


Internal Sales Executive - Hard Assets, Home Counties

European lessor, with a newly created opportunity for a good team player with good planning and organisational skills. Someone who enjoys building strong professional working relationships. Operating alongside very successful team of four internal salespeople. Managing multiple vendor/dealer/programme business by phone, whilst also supporting external account managers within their own business relationships. Managing the pipeline, responsible for deals from quotation through to the signed documentation/activation. Needs to be proactive and resilient. Providing information and training to customers and partners on programs. Must have exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to be constantly challenged. Calm under pressure. Applicants will ideally be living somewhere around North London/Herts/Bucks.  


Territory Sales Manager, Midlands & South West

Our client is the captive of a global, blue chip equipment manufacturer. Currently seeking a Sales Manager with at least 5 years’ experience, to cover a patch from Midlands (south), down towards Reading and across to Bristol & South West. Construction sector knowledge would prove an advantage, although not essential. Closely supporting their dealers in order to maximise asset finance business, with strong focus on yield, market penetration, customer satisfaction and meeting productivity objectives. The Territory Manager will build good business relationships with local key accounts, developing and controlling a strong dealer network. Often conducting end user negotiations to maximise business written. Structuring new credit applications for submission to their underwriting function, and monitoring competitor activity. Requires good experience of vendor finance and dealer programmes in a hard-asset environment.


Regional Manager - Broker Introduced (South East/London)

Our client is a well established asset finance company, seeking an experienced new business broker manager to grow their already considerable broker portfolio. A field based role reporting directly into their Broker Sales Manager. Seeking an individual with an established track record in broker management to cover an agreed defined regional territory. Maintaining and developing close and sustainable relationships; including providing the usual training and general business support. Focus on the financing of “critical assets”, hard-assets including commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, buses, coaches, agricultural equipment, industrial plant & machinery and machine tools. Tier 2/3 business, deals from £10k, but generally £50k-£100k, up to £1-3 million. They currently have nationwide coverage, with an experienced internal sales team, offering excellent office-based sales support for new regional broker managers. Significant plans to expand.


Internal Sales Executive, Bucks

Our client is a well-established leasing business, with considerable growth plans. They have new exciting opportunities for leasing sales professionals to join a successful sales team. Will involve making proactive sales calls to identify key asset finance opportunities, against agreed sales targets. Targeted for both new and existing clients, to increased volumes of new business. Managing contacts via CRM systems; including  pricing, quotations and approvals.  Raise and issue documents for reviewing with clients prior to signature. Managing document submissions to lessors through to pay-out. Maintain regular communication with all parties including lessor, client & supplier. Seeking a confident individual with sales experience in asset finance lending. Needing excellent communication and relationship building skills. Commercially aware with a pragmatic “can-do” approach. Will suit someone living around Amersham/High Wycombe.
