A major bank-owned European lessor, seeing considerable success and the need to recruit for a new position to support increasing volumes. An account management/senior sales support role to work alongside other internal Account Managers, and closely support field-based Relationship Managers to create, build and maintain excellent relationships across their mix of vendor, dealer and broker partners. Deliver top pre-sales support to help maximise UK volumes and profitability. Reporting into an experienced Team Leader (covering all hard-asset sectors), the successful candidate needs to have had a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role. This office based role will have continual contact with both internal and external customers therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be key to their success. Applicants must be able to access offices situated South West of London.

Needing an innovative approach in this fast moving market, to keep up to date with new developments in the sector and promoting the clients Clean Tech solutions. Managing mainly existing suppliers and partners, but also targeted to develop new business relationships. A field-based role, for someone with drive, ambition and a winning attitude. Ability to design and lead your own marketing initiatives to formulate sales objectives. An existing understanding of this market will clearly be an advantage, but not essential. May easily suit someone with a technology/general Hi-Tech background.

Managing multiple vendor/dealer/broker-introduced business, as well as supporting external account managers within their “Hard Assets” divisions. A very proactive role in running existing deals, managing the pipeline and hunting for new deals with existing partners. The candidate will also be responsible for the deal from quotation through to the signed documentation/activation. Seeking a proven track-record in a similar targeted office based role. Must have exceptional relationship skills and a strong ability and desire to be constantly challenged. Applicants will ideally be living somewhere around North London/Herts/Bucks.

Will involve making proactive sales calls to identify key asset finance opportunities, against agreed sales targets. Targeted for both new and existing clients, to increased volumes of new business. Managing contacts via CRM systems; including pricing, quotations and approvals. Raise and issue documents for reviewing with clients prior to signature. Managing document submissions to lessors through to pay-out. Maintain regular communication with all parties including lessor, client & supplier. Seeking a confident individual with sales experience in asset finance lending. Needing excellent communication and relationship building skills. Commercially aware with a pragmatic “can-do” approach. Will suit someone living around Amersham/High Wycombe.
Business Development Managers - "Medical" (1) S/East, London (2) S/West, covering Wales

Our client is a well-established independent leasing company, a specialist in the medical finance marketplace. With many longstanding relationships with manufacturers and suppliers across the UK, they offer good knowledge and understanding of the financial needs of dental, medical, optical and veterinary practitioners. They are now looking to expand their nationwide cover, seeking at least two experienced business development managers. Their initial growth plans requires two BDM’s based around S/East - London, or else living South West/Bristol. The successful candidates will need to evidence a good track-record of attracting new business using their “medical” industry experience. This will hopefully include attending relevant exhibitions. Some larger project experience preferred, such as a total practice refurbishment involving different suppliers. A very professional and patient approach essential.
