Working alongside other experienced account managers, to support field based Relationship Managers to build and maintain excellent relationships in a drive to increased sales from existing vendor programmes/partners. Maximising their UK new business volumes and profitability. Having a minimum of 2 years’ experience, and able to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close deals. Together with Relationship Managers undertake personal visits to clients when required. Ideal for someone with good prior experience in a similar position, or else a very proactive sales-support person looking to move to a targeted account management role. Hi-Tech Team Leader (Internal Sales), South West London

Our client is a global lessor, seeking an experienced team leader to supervise and manage the performance of an existing small team of Internal Account Managers. To coach, train and mentor their Hi-Tech team, and set goals and objectives to maximise performance in a fast moving environment. The team works alongside field-based Account Managers and Relationship Managers in developing and maintaining strong broker/reseller programmes relationships. Ensure a proactive approach to quality telephone calls to partners to ensure a consistent and high level of service. The team must also produce regular reports on pipeline and make accurate forecast sales predictions - hitting personal and team volume, income and margin targets. Oversee proposals, quotations, documentation, risk queries and appeals etc. Attend and arrange regular internal sales and marketing meetings and occasionally with external relationships. Understand key vendor program requirements in the delivery of any bespoke products or services required. Providing equipment finance both directly to end users and via a strong dealer network. The parent is a manufacturer (hard-asset sector), with an established well-known worldwide brand. Seeking someone based in the North East to cover a territory from the Humber up to the Scottish borders, though most dealers are based around North Lincolnshire. Effective account management at the core of this role, to maximise, manage and monitor all aspects for this very important territory for them. Building strong working relationships with dealer salesmen, ensuring that are well trained and motivated to use various products in selling equipment. Ensuring you remain their preferred finance partner within the franchised dealer network. Attend local, national or international shows and dealer events as required. Account management responsibilities will include the analysis of key areas, reporting on business introduced, penetration and dealer signing performance. The right individual will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience, with a proven successful track record, in a similar field based position.

Currently seeking a Sales Manager with at least 5 years’ experience, to cover a patch from Midlands (south), down towards Reading and across to Bristol & South West. Construction sector knowledge would prove an advantage, although not essential. Closely supporting their dealers in order to maximise asset finance business, with strong focus on yield, market penetration, customer satisfaction and meeting productivity objectives. The Territory Manager will build good business relationships with local key accounts, developing and controlling a strong dealer network. Often conducting end user negotiations to maximise business written. Structuring new credit applications for submission to their underwriting function, and monitoring competitor activity. Requires good experience of vendor finance and dealer programmes in a hard-asset environment.

A field based role reporting directly into their Broker Sales Manager. Seeking an individual with an established track record in broker management to cover an agreed defined regional territory. Maintaining and developing close and sustainable relationships; including providing the usual training and general business support. Focus on the financing of “critical assets”, hard-assets including commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, buses, coaches, agricultural equipment, industrial plant & machinery and machine tools. Tier 2/3 business, deals from £10k, but generally £50k-£100k, up to £1-3 million. They currently have nationwide coverage, with an experienced internal sales team, offering excellent office-based sales support for new regional broker managers. Significant plans to expand.
